Use this page to withdraw from a contract for the paid display of a block. It takes two steps, and you will get a confirmation by email straight away.

A reason is not required and does not affect whether your withdrawal is valid.

What you should know

  • Your withdrawal takes effect the moment your declaration reaches us. We tell you that time in the confirmation.
  • You do not have to give a reason, and a withdrawal without one is exactly as effective as a withdrawal with one.
  • If your block has already been outbid, the service was fully performed at that moment. The right of withdrawal has then expired under § 356 Abs. 4 BGB, because you asked for display to begin immediately and confirmed that at checkout.
  • If your block is still on display, you can withdraw. We refund the price less a reasonable amount for the display time you have already had (§ 357 Abs. 8 BGB).
  • The details and the model withdrawal form are in the Widerrufsbelehrung, which is German and is the binding version. You can also withdraw by email or post as described there — this control is an additional route, not the only one.
